Navigating state programs can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already trying to find the right care for yourself or a loved one. One program many Tennessee families rely on is the Employment and Community First CHOICES (ECF CHOICES) program.

ECF CHOICES is a TennCare program that helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive services in home and community-based settings instead of institutional facilities. The program focuses on increasing independence, community involvement, and quality of life.
