iPart Families
iPart Families began with one patient. She needed intensive, around-the-clock care, and over months of working together she learned to say three words: "I part family." To which our response always was "yes ma'am , you are." The realization dawned on us that sharing holidays, birthdays, and other family celebrations were missing from traditional nursing home structures.
In that moment we understood something we hadn't seen before — families in Tennessee didn't just need caregivers. They needed a partner who could see the whole person, the whole home, and the whole family. She named us. And she is the reason we do this work.
We serve Tennessee families in three connected ways:
-Caregiver placement. We match individuals with disabilities to trained, vetted caregivers across Middle and East Tennessee. Our goal is long-term relationships — not a rotating door of faces.
-ADA-compliant home modifications. Ramps, widened doorways, roll-in showers, grab bars, and full accessibility retrofits — completed under our licensed home modification contractor. If the home doesn't work for the person, no amount of care will.
-Independent contractor opportunities for nurses. Flexible Careers for LPNs, RNs & CNAs. Are you an LPN, RN, or CNA looking for flexible nursing work with a better work-life balance? Join us as an independent contract nurse and build a caregiving career on your terms. Host a patient in your home, set your own schedule, and do meaningful work from home that truly matters. We bring licensed nurses on board as independent contractors, giving you the freedom and flexibility today's healthcare professionals want.
-Individuals With Lots Of Care. Home Caregiver Training & In-Home Care Support Services. Individuals With Lots of Care (ILC) supports people who don't have medical needs but need help building everyday living skills. If you want to open your home and become a paid in-home caregiver, we'll guide you through the required Medication Administration Class and First Aid & CPR Certification — everything you need to start providing compassionate care to someone who needs it.
